The field embraces topics such as psychometrics (measuring human traits and predicting behaviour), executive coaching and performance, recruitment technologies and processes, stress resolution, organisational culture, and behavioural problem-solving.
The field goes by a multitude of alternative names. Don’t be confused because they are essentially the same thing, though some may have slightly different qualification requirements depending where you live:
