Just a reminder that you can access psychological counselling remotely, using video conferencing tools such as Skype, Zoom and Teams.
Whether you are self-isolating as a COVID-19 precaution, or if for any other reason you are unable to easily travel to my Avalon office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, you can use this service. Wherever you are in the world, if you speak English and we can coordinate timezones, you are welcome.
Telephone services are also possible if your internet connection cannot support video.
I get quite booked, but it’s usually possible to get a spot within one to two weeks.
